Banchini Cleaning
At Banchini Cleaning, I provide ongoing operational and creative support across both finance and brand development.
My role spans P&L management, invoice creating and tracking, and hour recording, helping ensure the business remains financially organised and scalable. In addition to backend systems, I support visual brand identity—designing logos, refreshing marketing materials, and developing a clean, user-friendly website.

I also assist with ad hoc administrative tasks, allowing the founder to focus on service delivery while I manage the operational details behind the scenes.

Result: Streamlined financial systems, a cohesive brand identity, and a professional digital presence that reflects the quality of the business.

Akehurst Group Ltd
At Akehurst Group, I set up and managed the full operational backbone of the business, from finance to HR.
I oversaw day-to-day administration, coordinated high-level meetings including P&L reviews and strategic planning, and supported the executive team with structured reporting. I also handled credit control, payroll prep, financial forecasting, and supplier tracking.
On the HR side, I managed onboarding, employee relations, and disciplinary documentation—ensuring policies are up-to-date and processes are consistent. I created, implemented and trained staff on new systems and processes.
I’ve also took lead roles in marketing support, including website updates and social media.

Result: Created clear internal systems that improved team accountability, reduced financial admin bottlenecks, and ensured compliant onboarding and training structures.

Park Plaza County Hall
At one of London’s busiest hotels, I supported the General and Hotel Managers by managing complex calendars, internal communications, and strategic meetings.
I created new structures within the Executive Office, handled confidential documentation, supported HR initiatives and employee engagement projects, and ran the Instagram account for the in-house restaurant.

Result: Elevated the efficiency of the Executive Office and improved communication flow between departments—enabling smoother, more effective hotel operations.

RePlace London
I joined RePlace one month before its launch and played a pivotal role in setting up the front-of-house systems and team structure.
I trained new staff, handled VIP clients, and supported the fitness floor. I also managed bookings through Mind Body and Square, handled inventory, created admin templates, and responded to customer enquiries.

Result: Built foundational client service and reception systems from scratch, directly contributing to the brand’s successful opening and ongoing client experience.
